These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AllMyFiles.ai website (the “Site”) and our waitlist, operated by Medfiles.ai LLC (“Medfiles.ai”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Site and the waitlist
AllMyFiles.ai is a product in early development. The Site describes the product we are building and lets you join a waitlist. Features and illustrations shown on the Site are descriptions of planned functionality and may change. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not guarantee access to the product, and does not create any obligation to purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
3. Your information
You agree to provide accurate information, and to sign up only with email addresses you control. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Site or its forms (including automated or bulk submissions); attempt to access systems or data without authorization; interfere with the Site’s security or operation; or use the Site to send spam or unlawful content.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including the AllMyFiles.ai name, logos, text, graphics and design, is owned by Medfiles.ai LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission, except to share links to the Site.
6. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without obligation to you.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use third-party services (for example, social networks used to share the Site). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medfiles.ai LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed USD 100.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, or modify or discontinue the Site or the waitlist, at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted here. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Medfiles.ai LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
